Who we are
DJPUGHMA events is run by DJPUGHMA. We publish upcoming live-mix events and collect registrations of interest from people who want to attend. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why, and what rights you have over it. See also our Terms & Conditions.
What we collect
When you register for an event, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your Instagram username
- Your gender
- Your favourite song
- The date and time you registered
- The website, app, or ad link that referred you to this site
All of it comes directly from the registration form you fill in yourself — we never buy, scrape, or otherwise obtain this information from anywhere else.
Why we use it
We use your information to confirm and manage your place at an event, to contact you about that event (primarily by Instagram DM), and to understand demand so we can plan future events.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the registration form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Who sees it
Only the event organiser can see your registration details, through the site's admin area. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers. Our hosting provider and its database, which store the data on our behalf, are the only processors involved.
Cookies
We set one strictly necessary cookie, used only to keep the organiser signed in to the admin area. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies for public visitors. We do record which website or ad link referred each visit, along with a daily-rotating, non-reversible identifier derived from your IP address and browser, purely to count visitors and understand which channels work — this is never stored as a cookie or on your device. Your IP address is also used, on our own server and without contacting any third party, to preselect your country's dialling code on the registration form; the guess is not stored.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details for the event you registered for, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case we run follow-up events. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, and to receive a copy of it. You can also complain to a data protection authority — in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission.
Children
Registration is intended for people aged 18 or over. If we identify a registration from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Contact
To ask about your data or exercise any of the rights above, DM us on Instagram @djpughma or email contact@djpughma.com.
