By using this site or registering for an event, you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Registering for an event
Registering for an event is an expression of interest, not a guaranteed place. Places are confirmed by the organiser. Events marked as full or closed do not accept further registrations.
Accurate information
You must give accurate details when registering, including a real Instagram username, since that is how we confirm your place. We allow one registration per Instagram username per event.
Changes and cancellations
Events may be rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled. If this happens, we will notify you using the contact details you supplied.
Conduct at events
Attendees must follow the venue's rules and any lawful instructions from staff. We may refuse or revoke entry for abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour.
Photography and recording
Our live mixes are filmed and photographed. By attending, you may appear in that footage, which may be published on our linked Instagram and YouTube channels. If you don't want to appear, let the organiser know at the event.
No fees
Registering through this site is free and we take no payment. If a venue or third party charges separately, that arrangement is between you and that party.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and event recordings belong to DJPUGHMA and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Availability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
